User field

The user field stores the account name of a user in the team. For example, the team member assigned to a task.

The user field is like a drop-down field but with a list of the users in your team to choose from. As users are added to your team, they automatically appear in the list.

Note  For security, user fields won't display any options on views opened using the public sharing link
