Signature field

The Signature field icon (x character followed by a signature on a line) signature field stores a person's signature as an image. For example, for users to sign a form before submitting it.

What's this in FileMaker?

Signature fields in Claris Studio are similar to container fields in FileMaker Pro apps, except that they can store only the image of a signature.

When connected to your Claris Studio data source, FileMaker Pro apps can access these fields as read-only FileMaker container fields.
