Time field
The time field stores a time of day value. For example, the time of an event.
When data is entered, the current user's time zone is stored as well. With this field's Time Zone Adjustment setting, you can set the field to display either the value adjusted to the current user's time zone or the value as originally entered.
For example, if a timestamp field is set to display As Entered and if a user in Los Angeles enters "10/2/2029 2:02 am" in the field, then users in all time zones will see "10/2/2029 2:02 am". But if the field is set to User Time Zone, then the Los Angeles user still sees "10/2/2029 2:02 am" but a Beijing user now sees "10/2/2029 5:02 pm".
Time and timestamp field data is filtered, sorted, grouped, and summarized based on how the date and time is displayed, so changing this setting can affect how these features present data.
