"Modified by" field

The "modified by" field stores the account name of the user in the team who last modified the current record. For example, to keep track of which team member changed a task.

The "modified by" field is like a user field, but its read-only value is set automatically when a record is modified. See User field.

Note  "Modified by" fields can't be added to form views.
