Monitor OData access

The server administrator uses Admin Console to start or stop the OData Listener, track OData call use for FileMaker Cloud, and download the OData log file.

To	Use
Start or stop the OData Listener	The Admin Console Connectors > OData tab. See Starting or stopping FileMaker Server components in FileMaker Server Help or Hosting databases for access via OData in FileMaker Cloud Help. With FileMaker Server, you can also use a CLI command. See CLI Help.
Track OData API call use (FileMaker Cloud only)	The Admin Console Connectors > OData tab. This tab displays the OData annual limit set by your FileMaker Cloud subscription, the amount of data that has been transmitted since the prior annual reset date, and the annual reset date for your subscription or license. If you are approaching the annual limit, increase the limit using the Claris Customer Console Subscription page. See Upgrading your subscription (FileMaker Cloud) in Claris Customer Console Help.
View the OData API log	While OData clients are connected to a database, statistical data about the clients is logged to the fmodata.log file. See Viewing and downloading log files in FileMaker Server Help or Viewing and downloading log files in FileMaker Cloud Help.

Use

Start or stop the OData Listener
