Reordering and excluding layouts in the Layout pop-up menu
In Layout mode, you can change the order in which layouts and folders are listed in the Layout pop-up menu. You can also add separator lines that group layouts, and you can prevent a layout from appearing in the Layout pop-up menu.

Drag the layout or folder up or down. If you’re moving a folder, all its layouts and subfolders move with the folder. A folder appears as a submenu name in the Layout pop-up menu. |
Create a separator line for grouping layouts and folders in the Layout pop-up menu |
Select the layout above which you want the separator to appear. Then click the arrow next to New, and choose Separator. |
Include or exclude layouts, folders, or separator lines in the Layout pop-up menu in Browse, Find, and Preview modes Note In Layout mode, all items are displayed in the Layout pop-up menu, even the excluded ones. |
Select the checkbox next to a layout or folder name, or a separator line. To include the item, select Include in layout menus. To exclude the item, clear this option. A check mark appears next to the name of each item that's included in the Layout pop-up menu. |
